Plot Summary
This controversial film interlocks 3 stories, a concept shared by films like "Go" and "Pulp Fiction". While its drama rather than action, it more than makes up for it with notorious scenes involving explicit sex. This is certainly not common to something you'd find from Hollywood.

One of the 3 stories centers around Eva, a bored housewife / nurse. One day, while leaving the hospital, she is approached by a former lover, in town for only a few days. They return to his hotel room and have sex. Sex is their only commonality, apparently, but oh what sex it is. For Eva, this is clearly an awakening, and these sex scenes, though explicit, are very erotic and effective, fully conveying the significance of these encounters to Eva, and why she might jeopardize her marriage for them.
