What is Special about this DVD?
This is a very rare All Regions 16:9 Widescreen release of a very rare Russell Crowe Film that in many ways forecasted real life because Crowe and Spencer became husband and wife. The film won an AFI for editing, and nominations for best actor and cinematography. It is interesting to see Russel Crowe at the start of his career, and Danielle Spencer is wonderful as a ripe young woman.

This DVD is designed for an English Speaking Audience in every way.

Plot Summary
Danielle Spencer gets caught by her father as she is losing her virginity to Russell Crowe, who wants to marry her. Neither is counting on her ex boyfriend (Robert Mammone) returning from the big city to find her. He left to attend art school and escape the small town where he felt strangled, and didn't tell her he was leaving. Now he has come back for her, but his best mate, Russell Crowe, consoled her when he left, then the two fell in love. Crose doesn't take Mammone's return well, Danielle Spencer isn't sending clear messages, and it is clear that there won't be a happy ending.
