Plot Summary
Reno (Abel Ferrara as Jimmy Laine) is a struggling artist pushed to breaking point by mounting debts and the punk band rehearsing 24 hours a day in the flat next door. To pay the overdue rent on the shabby New York apartment he shares with his girlfriend and her spaced out lesbian lover he needs to sell his new painting. But despite his desperate need for cash, Reno refuses to admit he has completed the painting and in his troubled mind the picture triggers a violence he cannot contain...
