What is Special about this DVD?
This is the uncut release of the notorious classic, presented in Widescreen and coded for all regions. Ilsa, the Wicked Warden (1977) is the third in the Ilsa series, but is not an official sequel. In fact, it was released as Greta, then as Wanda, and finally Ilsa, the Wicked Warden. Many scenes in the final version were not in the original, most notably a tiger eating at the end, obviously promoting the then released Ilsa, Tigress of Siberia. It did feature Dyanne Thorne, but was directed by Jess Franco and produced by Erwin C. Dietrich. Armed with a no full frontal clause in her contract (which Franco tricked her into doing anyway) and a job for her husband, Howard Maurer, she was off to Portugal and Switzerland. Now completely restored from original vault materials, Ilsa the Wicked Warden is presented completely uncut in all its notoriously sleasy glory.

Plot Summary:
The story is simple. Ilsa heads a woman's prison hospital, but also makes and sells dirty 8 mm films of the inmates. A woman (Tania Busselier) wishes to find out what happened to her sister, and gets herself committed. She soon discovers that day to day life is controlled prisoner Lina Romay, who is the girl toy of warden Dyanne Thorne.

A "Cousin" to the "Chicks-in-Chains" Genre
Call it Women-in-Prison... or Chicks-in-Chains... its more or less the same thing as lesbo's in showers... what a genius type of movie! Here at RareLicensedDVDs, we carry many of your favorites: "Chained Heat" (out of print, our last stock currently on sale), "Caged Women", "Emmanuelle Escapes from Hell", "Purgatory", and "Violence in a Women's Prison" are all among the classics from the 70s and 80s and can be credited for inventing the genre. But there's plenty of recent stuff too, which has adapted the genre, and somethimes even been creative about it: "Chained Sinners". Whatever your favorites may be, if you are interested in one, you'll probably like them all. Women in Prison... what a great genre!

The "Skin Factor":
Dyanne Thorne, despite her no full frontal contract, shows full frontal. Franco would holler cut, but keep the camera running. When they were to film most of the nudity, including a shower scene, Thorne and her husband were sent on a tour of English. Tania Busselier and Lina Romay showed everything, as did many unknowns.

Lina Romay is involved in what is probably the most disgusting scene. Lina takes a crap, wipes her butt with a magazine sheet, then forces Busselier to "lick her culo." For those who have not tried wiping with glossy paper, it doesn't work very well, which makes "lick my culo" all the more disgusting.
