Plot
Summary
Petroleum Girls (1971), aka Frenchie King is a French spoof of the
American western staring Brigitte Bardot as the leader of a girl gang,
and Claudia Cardinale as a ranch owner with a gang of brothers. Bardot
and crew rob a train, and get on oil map, so decide to buy a ranch the
oil is one. Cardinale also wants the ranch, which is next to hers. The
girls in the gang and Cardinele's brothers are impressed with each
other. Throw the always hilarious Michael J. Pollard into the mix as
the sheriff, and the mother of all cat fights between Bardot and
Cardinale and this is a fast watch.
