What is Special about this DVD?
Lola is a very cool film, staring Sabrina Grdevich, which won best film at a festival. It is offbeat, but is very well performed by Grdevich, who will leave you happy, and also wanting more... This DVD is NTSC and coded for all regions (compatible worldwide). It is widescreen (16:9) and the DVD is in every way designed for an English speaking audience.

Plot Summary
Lola (2001) is a character driven film staring Sabrina Grdevich in the title role. As the film opens, she is in her shrink's office, but really has nothing to talk about, so apologizes and leaves. Later, when she discovers that her car has been towed, we get the idea that she is not quite right. She lives with a man (the nature of the relationship is never quite clear, but is evidently non-sexual). She meets a stripper, Joanna Going, and learns that a blonde wig gives you a whole new identity. After Going is killed, she switches identity with her, and starts a road trip to visit her mother, after the death of her apparently abusive father.
