This film has been very rare to find on a good DVD format (the only North American release didn't even have chapter stops), and now, this is an awesome release. 2 DVDs... and absolutely loaded with Special Features. It took them a while to do it right, but boy, they did it right! And it has both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1 Surround Sound Audio Tracks!

Plot Summary
When Fred Madison finds a video tape on his doorstep that shows the interior of his house, he's convinced that someone has broken in and calls the police. Things get really complicated when he finds another videotape showing him killing his wife, and the police arrest him because his wife really was murdered! Then he disappears from the prison and we start watching the life of a young man who works in a garage...

The "Skin Factor" / "Contents":
Lost Highway will absolutely blow you away with stunning visuals, nudity (several Patricia Arquette nude scenes) and gore. You won't believe your eyes when you watch the movie, and there is no way to do it justice by trying to describe it... including a man whose head has been jarred by a sharp table corner... in the DVD, of course, you see the blood drops... the scenes feels ... "touchable". And of course there is the home movie / film that is being broadcast on the wall in the same house / scene in the movie... this film is pure David Lynch.
