Who is Tracy Scoggins?
If you don't already know Tracy
Scoggins, you'll love her, especially in this. Tracy is soaked in
sexuality, and the tall slender Texan brunette is one of our reviewers
very favorites. Tracy Scoggins may be best known for the TV series
"Dynasty," "The Colbys," and "Babylon 5" but there were a few "B
Movies" she made that we men will never forget, and this one is the
best of them.
Plot Summary
You won't see good ratings for this on IMBD for cinematic "vision,"
because as one reviewer put it, they felt it should be "labeled as a
sex flick." But if you like lipstick action flicks, this is as good as
it gets! Tracy makes a great damsel in distress, and boy, does she run
well in high heels..
Samantha (Tracy Scoggins) is a successful public defender whose life
gets turned upside-down one night when a prostitute gets thrown out of
a limo at her feet. The hooker turns up the next day, dead. Sam soon
finds herself the target of an international conspiracy. To get to the
bottom of the mystery (as well as to save her own skin), Sam makes the
wonderful decision to disguise herself as a prostitute... and we have a
Lipstick & Lingerie action classic!

The "Skin
Factor:
There are movies with rare actress nudity, and then there are GREAT
movies with GREAT actress nudity. Tracy Scoggins in Ultimate Desires is
GREAT, GREAT!
Of course there is rare nudity of Tracy, but what really makes this
incredible is the way she works up to the nude scenes, seducing the
audience as she dresses in lingerie, applies lipstick, stip teases in
her apartment (as the bad guys look in through the window).... and the
fact that she plays a conservative account-type, turned call-girl, who
is discovering her steamy sexuality... oh, and did we mention Ms. Tracy
Scoggins being chained up, and blindfolded?
The nude scenes arrive like jackpots! With this being filmed at her
peak, Tracy's entire body is gorgeous, glowing, and she is so
passionate. You watch her slowly and sensuously apply lipstick before
our reviewers favorite love scene, and then it starts rough, her
clothes are literally ripped off, and then those lipstick lips have a
symbolic thumb in them... this is all in addition to the nudity of
course.
Here is one last unique comment that certainly we'll never make about
any other movie -- what a soundtrack. Why do we mention this? Well,
because whether she's dressing, stripping, or gettin her groove on,
each of Tracy's skintastic scenes lasts a full song! And the music
definitely suits the scenes!
